Terms of Use

These terms cover the use of this website. They do not govern the UPC service itself — that is governed by the Services Agreement signed by the client.

1. What this site is

An informational website describing a service. There is no account to create, nothing to log in to, and nothing to buy here. Booking a call sends you to Calendly, which is operated by a separate company under its own terms.

2. The content

We try to keep every claim on this site accurate and current, and we correct it when it drifts. Even so, the site describes a service that is actively being built, so what is written here is a description and not a commitment.

Nothing on this website forms part of any agreement. Where a client has signed a Services Agreement with UPC, that document governs the relationship and takes precedence over anything stated here, including anything stated here that is more favourable.

3. Availability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty. It may be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn at any time.

4. Ownership

The content and design of this site belong to Unified Priority Communications LLC. Please do not reproduce them as your own.

5. Governing terms

For anything concerning the UPC service — what it does, what it stores, what it costs, and how it ends — the Services Agreement is the governing document and these terms have nothing to say about it.
